Went for dinner and while I enjoyed the vegetarian ramen, it would have been much better with veggies other than cabbage and sprouts. Did not want to pay $2 per added vegetable. The tofu roll was delicious and flavorful!
They should also consider offering a vegetarian kids meal or allow for substitutions. Ended up buying another noodle bowl from which the toddler ate a few bites only.
This place has some of my favorite ramen in the city. It smells fantastic the second you walk in. Service is great and attentive. I adore their spicy miso ramen and their spicy tonkotsu ramen. Their ramen is super consistent and always perfectly spicy with just the right amount of flavor and depth. I love the texture of the noodles as well. Extra plus is getting to sit at the bar and watch the coordination of the chefs as they make everything fresh to order. I would definitely recommend if you’re hungry and in the Heights.
Stopped in for dinner and we were not disappointed, we tried the Downtown & Tokyo bowls, we also tried the spicy Bao and chicken Karagee. Everything was made to order and very fresh. My favorite was the Karagee chicken it was so crunchy and the spicy sauce was bomb. We will be back one item of note the parking is tight and hard to maneuver it with larger car's.
I went on a Tuesday at noon and it was quiet, I received excellent service and the food was excellent! I had the spicy spiral cucumber and Tokyo Ramen. I've never had such an amazing flavor with peanuts like this before over ramen! I highly recommend!
Food was amazing we got three different ramens the tonkatsu, the spicy chicken, and the spicy miso everything was tasty. Spice level is pretty accurate spicy is actually spicy they also have ghost pepper chili powder that you can have on the side if you want it even spicier. The gyoza was also standout as well as the fries with drinks our meal was around $90. Well worth it. Lunch time around 12:30ish wasn't too crowded. Our waiter was very attentive. PARKING IS WEIRD. There is rarely any parking in the front of the restaurant I would recommend parking in the back lot which is the parking lot that runs along 19th Street.
First time here but we came here because family member saw this place on TikTok. The items we ordered were mainly from appetizers like; fried tofu, wings, chicken bites, octopus bites & calamari. They were ok nothing that amaze and the other people we are with ordered the bowls and they also said it was ok. Server was cool. Not really impressed at all. The restaurant aesthetically is also ok.

The place is very nice and chill , service is great and food comes out at a decent time. My mom and I ordered the “ tokoyo” and the “ downtown “ I got the downtown , first impressions were ok the broth was really creamy and the noodles were decent. For me it tasted weird , so i tasted the Tokyo and i thought the broth was very very good. The noodles tasted good , i can see why the Tokyo is a popular order. But both seemed weird for me but that’s just me. I can see how other people like it but that’s just me. This place is very good for ramen lovers and people that just want a chill place to eat. Not too crowded or loud. I think this is a very good place for ramen people. 4/5
Second time coming here with my husband and will definitely be back! There can be a bit of a wait when it gets busy but it's ok. I had the chicken ramen, the chicken is tender and the broth has tons of flavor, my favorite appetizer is the Edamame. We also really appreciate the great service; we had Sam as our waiter both times we were there and he's awesome! He's very attentive and outgoing, and knows the menu well. I highly recommend 👌
